Close to all and a very good price

I speak Spanish, I sensed many staff did not. It was nice to have the restaurant. My room had a fan and I used it every day. It would not cost much for the hotel to put them over the beds. On Friday, Sat all the people came from Mexico city. They were lively but respectful, you could sleep. The bed was firm but comfortable. T.V reception was not good. The towels were 100 cotton very nice. The elevator was fast.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a espaldas de la plaza principal. Respecto a la habitación, me asignaron una bastante rústica y descuidada. La ropa de cama muy anticuada y la cortina del baño estaba sucia y con moho. No se parecía en nada a las imágenes de la publicación. Por otro lado, tienen estacionamiento pero hay que dejarlo en el valet, no es de autoservicio.

Tuve un robo, alguien entró a mi habitación el 10 de abril y robó una rasuradora y dinero en efectivo. Desafortunadamente hoy tuve que hacer el check out a las 8 am por tener que viajar a Celaya Guanajuato, nadie me dio atención y no se saben el nombre completo de la gerente, solo me dijeron Elizabeth, eso lo dijo la señorita Alondra de recepción. El hotel es muy bonito y está cerca de todos los puntos turísticos del centro de Puebla, es muy tranquilo y limpio, lo único que falló es que no pude conectarme a l WiFi, pero la pantalla funciona bien. En general, me gustó mucho hospedarme ahí. Todos fueron amables.
