A remodeled Spanish colonial building that stayed true to its original style with modern conveniences in the room. A short walk to the zócalo, historic biblioteca and very good restaurants. Rooms were very nice and large and beds very comfortable. Everything is very new and updated with nice air conditioning. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. The price includes a free “American Breakfast” their words not mine. Only real complaint is there’s no coffee in the mornings when you wake up and if there is it’s cold. Walking to OXXO just sucks before you’re even awake.

The hotel is very nice. We did not know there was a strong perfume smell through the whole hotel and room. So we had to find another hotel, no refund was given even though we haven’t even been in the room for 15 minutes. We had the employee change the sheets for us but nothing worked so we had no choice but to leave. They should put strong scent through hotel when booking. We are very sensitive to smells.

Great hotel for families or couples get away

Our experience was good. Beautiful property each room decorated individually, bed & pillows were super comfortable, they keep the room clean, quiet to sleep.The breakfast included could be a bit more, but it was good and appreciated. Excellent front desk customer service, we’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Puebla as they make you feel like home. This is a gem of a hotel.
