The accomodation is average. The smell of cigarette smoke is observed in the room. The mattresses are not firm and caved in mostly in the middle of the bed. Experienced back discomfort.

The big light in the batroom doesn't come on, just the light above the mirror so it was dark taking a shower. Other than that it was great.

My room 208 was very clean and comfortable. One note is that the shower and sink backed up. Also, while the in-house breakfast is convenient, the selection was minimal and they were slow to backfill the food items (e.g. scrambled eggs). It would be nice to have pastries, more than one fruit and some oatmeal toppings. Overall, I would return and recommend to others.

So disappointed in our stay. From the view from the front desk, I knew that we had made a mistake in booking. Ceiling tiles missing exposing duct work, carpet missing from the floor. There is one elevator in the hotel for 4 floors. It was filthy inside with dust, fingerprints, the floor was disgusting. When the door opened to our floor we were hit with blowing hot air it had to have been 85 degrees , at minimum. Then once going into our room, we immediately noticed a strong smell of dog urine unsuccessfully covered by a cleaning solution. There were visible spots on the floor. The bed was comfortable, which is the only positive thing I can say. The shower was not working properly and we had to finagle the pull to get the water to come out of the shower head. There were towel carts and housekeeping supplies left out and in the way. We witnessed a few different employees seemingly taking breaks on their phones leaning on the carts. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The side door to the hotel was also broken. I’m not sure anything works properly. Not a great place to stay.
