Counter help was professional and versed. I completed my pre- checkin through the app. Once arrived, i was greeted nd was given my room entry cards within minutes of my check in.the outside court could use reglar rounds where the cleaning staff could empty the ash and trash barrels. Overall, a great experience.

Please clean!!!

Room smelled the bed was dirty! The floor was sticky and the carpet felt so dirty! I would have asked for another room but we were already unpacked had a wedding to go to so when we just sprayed the room with spray came back from wedding when we seen the bed! So I just slept on the blanket I took! Very very disappointed for how much I paid for the room!

Eh! We've stayed in better, but also stayed in wor

The room was nice. The lack of outlets to charge all of our devices was the biggest problem. Most places we have stayed at have USB plug-ins. This had 3 regular plug outlets on the desk. That turned off when the lights were turned off, so my hearings aids didn't charge. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options. Especially for a diabetic. The only options for me were scrambled eggs and sausage. Both were luke warm. The only elevator was so slow!! The staff were really friendly though!! We've stayed in much worse hotels. And also in much better.

This property was very clean , the room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The room had a sufficient number of pillows and towels. Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and helpful. The location was great near highway and restaurants. I felt very safe there.

Our room smelled like urine and we found trash under the bed. Both of these things were a big turn off. Additionally, we had expected the hot tub at least to be open, and there was no information to tell us that this would be the case prior to our stay. However, the price of the room was great, and the lobby was well decorated.
