Our stay was excellent. My only quip about our stay was that a couple of the electrical outlets in the room did not work properly. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend the property.

The Parkview motel is charming. It’s conveniently located across the street from a beautiful well-manicured Veterans park. And is located near the train depot for tours of the Royal Gorge. This quaint town is walkable with many options for fining. Check in with friendly staff, check out was simple, room neat and clean. We would definitely recommend this motel.

WE loved the area. The room had one two many pieces of furniture, It felt a little crowded with the second bed. But other than that, we had a restful sleep the two days we were there.

Clean, Affordable Place in Canon City

The Parkview Inn Motel was just what I needed for my 3-day stay in Canon City. It is not fancy at all, but fills all the basic needs. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It also is located nicely near the main attractions in Canon City. If you want fancy, this is not the place for you. But if you want a clean, affordable comfortable place to stay, this is it.

Diamond in the rough

I'd almost like to keep this one a secret but props where props are due. This is one of the cleanest hotels, including the entire grounds, rooms, breakfast area we've ever stayed at. (And it's been many) This operation is as an efficient machine at delivering on expectations that a traveler could hope for. It's a 1/2 block walk to nearly unlimited food/shopping choices up Main and directly across the street from Royal Gorge Railroad and Arkansas River Park. Has self laundry on the property. Second stay here and wouldn't hesitate to pick Parkview among a sea of "branded" chain hotels. Really couldn't wait to get home and write this review. Great place, don't look further, book it now.
