This efficiency apartment is located in downtown Pueblo across the street from Mineral Palace Park and just a few blocks from Parkview Hospital. It is on the main floor, has a cute shared porch in the front of the building with outdoor Ring motion activated recording security light/cameras in the front and back of the home. It has a large living room with a smart TV and couch as well as a separate room with a queen sized bed, kitchen table with two chairs and built in book shelf. The bathroom has an old claw foot bathtub and a walk in closet with a dresser. The kitchen has a fridge, gas stove and oven as well as a microwave, toaster, Keurig Coffee maker, pots/pans and so on. There are stairs without railing to enter and exit the apartment. We hope you will be comfortable and feel at home in this cute and quaint apartment making this your home away from home.
