The "TERRAZZE SUL GARDA" apartment is fantastic and unique, it is located on the first and last floor of a house on two levels, is accessed by an independent entrance and is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden.
The apartment is very bright thanks to the high wooden ceilings and large windows. It measures about 100 square meters and opens onto a terrace of about 40 square meters, from which you can enjoy one of the most incredible views of Lake Garda and the Valtenesi hills. The apartment enjoys modern comforts such as dishwasher, TV, heating, internet, etc., but is furnished with period furniture. It consists of 2 double bedrooms with parquet, from which it is possible to access a further terrace overlooking the surrounding hills; both with private bathroom, with shower and bidet. A large living room with kitchenette equipped with everything necessary and a relaxation area with double sofa bed opens onto the terrace of over 40 square meters, equipped for outdoor dining.
The apartment is ideal for families of 5/6 people or for two couples.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful and well-kept garden where our guests can relax freely; available there are sun beds and barbecue. The house is 100 meters from the cycle path (possibility of storing bicycles in the basement) and from paths surrounded by nature.
