Saubere, unkomplizierte und preiswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Der Vermieter spricht italienisch und Englisch. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Das Schlafzimmer und die Küche incl. Wohn- & Essbereich waren jeweils mit einer super Klimaanlage ausgestattet. WiFi war vorhanden und auch der moderne Fernseher konnte Netflix und andere Apps wiedergeben. Die Abos sind natürlich vom Mieter zu stellen. Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Die Zimmer selbst waren zur Rückseite des Hauses und daher sehr ruhig. Man hat den Verkehr nicht wirklich wahrgenommen. In direkter Nachbarschaft sind zwei Autowerkstätten. Da wir tagsüber aber eh meist unterwegs am See oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten waren, hat uns das nicht gestört. Abends waren diese dann geschlossen. Im Haus war im EG eine Bar mit lieben Angestellten. Dort konnte man Abends noch ein oder zwei Kaltgetränke zum gelungenen Tagesabschluss zu sich nehmen. Wir konnten dort auch Karten spielen. Hier nimmt man die Hauptstraße natürlich stark wahr. Worüber man sich bei dieser Lage bewusst sein muss, ist das man mobil sein muss, da der See schon einiges entfernt ist. Wir waren mit unserem Hund im Urlaub (Berner Sennen). Was absolut positiv hervorzuheben ist, ist die -man muss schon sagen- Hundeliebe der Italiener. Wir haben nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Sowohl beim Vermieter, den Angestellten der Bar, den Besuchern der Bar und mit den Menschen am See selber. Alle waren sehr tierlieb. Auch die Gassirunde am Morgen oder Abend ist von der Unterkunft aus kein Problem. Unser Fazit: Wer mit der Hauptstraße und den Werkstätten in der direkten Nachbarschaft kein Problem hat und zudem noch Mobil ist, findet hier eine optimal eingerichtete, saubere Unterkunft zum absolut fairen Preis mit einem super netten Vermieter. Wir können uns vorstellen wieder diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Rundum gut!

Neu renovierte Wohnung, teilweise noch verbesserungsfähig, weiß der Vermieter aber. Verkehrstechnisch super Lage in alle Richtungen, keine schwierige Anfahrt. Im näheren Umkreis sehr gute Restaurants ( auch Sterneköche ).
