Teide view.

A very good comfortable apartment in a quiet but convenient location, with lovely views from the balcony. Sea front 15 minutes walk, supermarket 10 minutes walk, Bus station 12 minutes walk, with a convenience store, cafe and bus stop just 3 minutes walk, Stefan greeted us at the apartment and checked later that all was well with our stay. Highly recommend the apartment.

Confortable appartement

Very well equipped flat for a family stay. The two bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable.The building's swimming pool is pleasant.We enjoyed staying here for three weeks.A pity that the playa Jardin was closed during our stay.I would recommend this flat.

Séjour excellent chez Stefan

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Stefan, dans un logement propre, moderne et confortable.Il est également très bien situé dans un quartier calme à 15min à pied du centre ville, et on peut rejoindre facilement et rapidement les autoroutes et ls supermarchés.La résidence comporte une piscine et un garage en sous-sol d'accès facile (place réservée)Un ample balcon avec vue sur l'océan et les palmiers du quartier permet de moments de relax très agréables, (table et chaises pour dîner à l'air libre).Lave-linge et lave-vaisselle.Stefan nous a attendu pour la remise des clés et il nous a contacté plusieurs fois pour s'assurer que tout allait bienJe conseille assurément ce logement, au prix raisonnable, à ceux qui apprécient le côté tranquille et pratique lors de leur séjour à Puerto de la Cruz

Tolle Wohnung, sehr geräumig, perfekt ausgestattet, nahe dem Zentrum von Puerto

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Nichts hat gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und extrem hilfsbreit...Er hat uns auch bei einem Missgeschick sofort aus der Patsche geholfen. Wir würden immer gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen...

Volle Punktzahl für Ablauf, Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters. Erreichbarkeit jederzeit möglich. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Urlaub in einer top ausgestatteten, sauberen Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat einen super Ausblick auf den Teide und den Atlantik, liegt relativ zentral zur Innenstadt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise hervorragend. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, netter Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Vom TV (mit Internet) gut ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine, bequeme Betten usw. Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Fahrstuhl bis zur Wohnungstür. Balkon mit netter Aussicht. Weg fussläufig zum Strand und ins Zentrum 10-20min. Besonders Lobenswert, dass auch Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze oder Filtertüten da waren und eine Schale mit frischem Obst zum Empfang bereit stand. Ein sehr netter Gastgeber dessen Objekt ich sehr gerne weiter empfehle! Herzlichen Dank, bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder. Uwe

Teide und Meer

Sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen. Etwas oberhalb, aber zu Fuss sehr gut in.ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz zu erreichen. Bus und Taxi super Anbindung. Super Blick über Teide und Meer. Gastgeber immer ansprechbar. Gerne immer wieder.

Tolle Wohnung-Tolle Insel-Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gemütlich und umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu Stefan war unkompliziert; er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einzigartig. Straße und Umgebung für uns Landeier manchmal etwas unruhig, aber letztlich nicht störend. Bei der guten Lage war dann auch alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Nach unseren Wanderungen haben wir die Erfrischung im Pool, den wir immer für uns alleine hatten, sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Urlaub - schöne Unterkunft

Der Urlaub war hervorragend. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man im Alltag so braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und man kann fußläufig alles erreichen in Puerto. Stefan ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
