Attic by Grupo Compostelana is a unique accommodation in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. The spectacular sea views from its infinity terrace and its proximity to the saltwater swimming pool complex "Lago Martiánez" and the beach, make it highly appreciated and in demand by our guests.
Fully equipped, with capacity for up to 4 people and with a large terrace with retractable roof, you will have the opportunity to enjoy spectacular sunsets while dining in the outdoor dining room, sunbathing on the sun loungers or having a drink in the comfortable armchairs. Club Apartments by Grupo Compostelana is the ideal accommodation building for families with children, couples and small groups of friends. Flats with capacity for 2, 3 and up to 4 people. Each apartament has its own characteristics, advantages and decoration, which gives it a unique identity and character. The carefully chosen furnishings provide comfort, warmth and brightness.
Our accommodation is in a unique and unbeatable location, just in front of and a few metres from the famous salt water swimming pools "Lagos Martiánez", conceived by the multifaceted artist César Manrique. A complex for children and adults with gardens and an open-air sculpture museum. A place of relaxation where you can enjoy the sun and water in a captivating environment with unique architecture and where you can breathe art in every corner. 
Its artificial lake, with approx. 27,000 cubic metres of seawater, enhances the other four adult pools and three children's pools, all of which are of original design and beauty. A wide range of bars, restaurants and kiosks make it one of the most attractive resorts on the island.
Martiánez Beach is also about 200 metres from the property. 
There are also many dining options, including our own restaurant / pizzeria (located in the same building), bars, shopping and entertainment just a few steps away. The "Centro Comercial Martiánez", with shops, supermarket and parking (for a fee), is about 150 metres away.
