This fantastic property is in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, just a few minutes from the Plaza del Charco and the harbour and surrounded by a wide variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local food or have a drink in the evening.
Our accommodation is perfect for two people. Tastefully decorated, it has a cosy bedroom with double bed and a cosy living/dining room with a large window overlooking the pedestrian street.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and 43" Smart TV.
And if you need to work during your stay, you will be able to do so comfortably thanks to the high-speed WIFI connection.
Cólogan street, where our apartment is located, is a very central pedestrian street. From here there are several streets that lead to the different points of interest in the city. The Plaza del Charco, a meeting point for visitors and residents, with a wide variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The fishing pier, the Paseo de San Telmo with its spectacular sea views and the salt water swimming pools "Lago Martiánez" are only a few minutes walk away.
All beaches are within 15 minutes walking distance. Playa Jardín, close to Loro Parque. Playa de San Telmo, a small beach with natural pools. And Playa de Martiánez, popular with surfers.
All basic necessities are within easy reach (pharmacy, bank / ATM, supermarket, etc.).
