Located in the exclusive urbanization of La Paz, just below the famous Botanical Garden of Puerto de la Cruz, the house has 2 bedrooms with double bed, spacious living room with dining area, fireplace and a huge window overlooking the garden and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. In the backyard there is a huge modern Jacuzzi for up to 4 people. The house also has private parking space. We are located in a quiet urbanisation, in the residential area of La Paz, just a few steps from the Botanical Garden. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as supermarkets and a bus/taxi stop just 1 minute away, with a direct link to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The beaches of Martiánez and Bollullo are within easy reach of an idyllic walk along the coast.
