Fantastic 65m2 apartment with 1 bedroom, with capacity of 4 people and located in the upper part of the causeway of Martiánez, a small cliff from which you can enjoy privileged views of the city, the sea and wonderful sunsets.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Ideal for families with children, couples or even to work in a quiet environment, thanks to its high speed Wi-Fi. 
It has a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV in living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc..
The apartment is very bright, with a large window facing north and with panoramic sea and city views. Just outside the entrance to the accommodation there is a small space with a table and 2 chairs, where you can eat or have a drink outdoors.
La Calzada de Martiánez, also called by the residents the "camino de las cabras", was a rural road where shepherds used to go down with their goats to the lower areas of Puerto de la Cruz. This path is now a very busy stairway for tourists and residents who come down from the area of La Paz to the center of Puerto, the beach and the saltwater pools of "Lago Martiánez". Along this promenade there is a wide range of shops, bars and taverns. And at the end of the road is the Martiánez Shopping Center, with many more stores, restaurants, supermarkets and a pay parking lot.
