It has a solarium with views to Teide, the sea, the banana plantations, and the town of Puerto de la Cruz. Fibre wifi. The villa is on one level, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. On the basement of the house, with own entrance, live a couple that work out all day. You will never see or notice them, but we prefer to inform guests

Very nice house. Everything was fine . Only one thing we have to complain about: The mattresses were completely soiled. We couldn't sleep in that bed again. Not in that state.The mattresses must be renewed

"unser" blaues Haus

Die Buchung war einfach, der Kontakt immer freundlich und zügig. Der Check in erfolgte online, wir haben eine Nummer für die Schlüsselbox erhalten. Ein Parkplatz hatten wir immer direkt vor unserem Haus. Es war sauber und 1*/Woche gab es eine Reinigung mit Handtuch und Bettwäsche wecksel. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein kleiner Laden ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Supermarkt in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Zentrum von Poerto de la Cruz zu Fuß (mit Kindern) in 30 Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben auch gleich wieder gebucht.

Very nice house well equipped and located

The house is really great it would have been even greater if the jacuzzi was working on the rooftop. Small point of attention that it was weird to discover that some people are leaving in the apartment below and that we could ear and smell the kitchen.
