It is located just a few steps from Martiánez Beach and the surrounding area has all the necessary services to enjoy a peaceful stay. In addition, the numerous connections to the motorway and public transport make it very easy to get to know and explore the rest of the island.

Obj. ist zentral gelegen, Strände und Bus-Terminal in kurzer Entfernung. Die Wohnfläche ist für längere Aufenthalte (2 Personen) recht knapp. Zweckmäßige und ausreichende Ausstattung. Hinweis zur Müllentsorgung fehlt.
