Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Es wird immer wieder etwas erneuert/renoviert, das Bad wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren renoviert, das Schlafsofa und das Bett (160 cm breit) wurden erst vor kurzem ersetzt. Ein neuer Anstrich der Zimmer wäre aber gut, die Wände sind inzwischen etwas abgewohnt.Auf dem Balkon ist jetzt eine Liege und ein Liegestuhl (das Foto zeigt zwei Liegestühle). Zwei bequeme Liegen wären noch besser.Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut!Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir haben den kaputten Staubsauger reklamiert, der wurde prompt ersetzt.Toll ist die Aussicht auf den Teide von der Westterrasse aus und aufs Meer vom Laubengang (Ostseite/Eingangstür) aus.Schade ist, dass am Pool keine Liegen stehen. Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr angenehm und ruhig.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Wohnung und fühlten uns wohl. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die gepflegte Anlage und über die Bereitstellung eines Tiefgaragenplatzes.
