Situated on the 8th floor, this is a recently renovated studio with large windows offering wonderful views of the sea, the beach and the seawater swimming pool complex "Lago Martiánez".
The Coco & Palma studios are located in an emblematic building of Puerto de la Cruz, the Edificio Martina, directly in front of the sea and Martiánez Beach.
Recently renovated and with a complete and quality equipment, our accommodations are a perfect choice to enjoy a well-deserved rest or to work in a quiet and paradisiacal environment, just a few steps from the beach, the promenade or the famous saltwater pools "Lago Martiánez".
All our studios have Smart TV, high speed Wifi and quality equipment, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and furnished living room with sofa bed. All studios have side views of the sea, the beach and the promenade.
The "Coco" studios are located on the 3rd floor, while the "Palma" studios are located on the 8th floor of the building.
The Martina building has spacious common areas with a large entrance, 6 elevators, and the newly opened outdoor area with solarium and a nice seating area with planters, where you can sit and read a book in a relaxing way.
There is a supermarket just below the building and at street level you will find plenty of commercial premises, stores, restaurants and bars. About 200 meters away is the Martiánez Shopping Center, with its stores and another supermarket and a subway parking for a fee (it is advisable to park there on the day of arrival, as it is sometimes difficult to find parking near the accommodation).

Our accommodation is located near the Beach Martiánez, and very close to "Lago Martiánez", the famous salt water pools of Puerto de la Cruz, designed by the famous artist César Manrique. In the surroundings there is a wide range of leisure, bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket. An ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this part of the city.
