The apartment offers high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher with detergents included, personal hygiene products, and everything needed for a pleasant stay.



The property is barrier-free, and elevators ensure easy access. Guests have access to the condominium parking—an added value in this area—available in the inner courtyard and on the adjacent street (not reserved).



Outside, there is a communal garden. The recently renovated communal pool is on the 7th floor, with a large sun terrace offering views of the ocean, Mount Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz. Restrooms with showers and towels for the sun terrace are available. Linen change and mid-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee.



The building is at the start of the Sant'Elmo promenade, with bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques leading to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the Lago Martianez pools (designed by Cesar Manrique), the Sant'Elmo Hermitage, and a shopping center.



On request, airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee.



No parties, events, smoking inside the apartment, or unauthorized guests are allowed.
