"APARTAMENTO FRENTE OCÉANO" is located in Tenerife, on the beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz.



This charming, fully renovated studio accommodates up to four guests, featuring a bedroom and a living area with a fully equipped private kitchen. There is a refined, elegant bathroom. The apartment offers high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher with suitable detergents, as well as toiletries and other comforts.



The building is accessible and has elevators for easy mobility; outside, you'll find a communal garden. The private pool, recently renovated, is on the 7th floor and features a large sun terrace with ocean, Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz views. Restrooms with showers are available. Pool towels are provided free of charge by the host. For stays over 7 days, linen change is included at no extra cost. Parking is available both in the courtyard and on the adjacent street.



Events and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment. Public transport is within walking distance. The building is at the start of the Sant’Elmo promenade, home to bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques all the way to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the stunning Lago Martianez pools, designed by architect Cesar Manrique, and the Sant’Elmo Hermitage. A quality shopping center for daily needs is also close by.
