The light fixtures need some dusting The kitchen utensils where old and no spices nor condiments were available, wished there were more, but overall the staff was so so nice. A fan in the bathroom would be helpful as well as it gets hot in there even when the windows are open.

When I checked in it was a little frustrating that the hotel staff could not speak a single word of English in a country and region where tourism is the main industry? The bathroom had a very strong unhealthy chemical odor. That disipated after a day or two with the windows open. The location of this property is very good with easy 5 min walking access to the best swimming beach. The room is a good size and there are screens on the windows. The staff, although not able to speak English are very supportive and friendly. The manager speaks good English but after talking to me once never bothered to follow up to see how things were going, even though I was staying for three weeks and expressed some concerns. Overall, I enjoyed staying at the hotel even though the bathroom shower tiles need some cleaning and grout refresh. The hot water supply was good and the kitchen had basic utensils. The AC worked and the TV and internet were workable with about 15 mbps.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. They also have a full kitchen suite: 6 burners and an oven. The location is excellent — right by Playa Carrizallio. The cleaning staff is great — they even did our dishes. The pool is nice and refreshing. And the palapa on the fourth floor is a great place to hang out especially during sunsets.

a small gem of a place to stay

This is quiet, friendly, and very economical. The staff was excellent and gave extra effort to make our stay better. Location is ideal. Coffe shops, the best restauraunt in town, Almoraduz, a small grocery, and laundry are a block and a half away. I will stay there again on my next visit in PE. I have nothing negative to say other than the pool needed a backwash.

Excellent location. Close to stores, beach and restaurants. Very clean. Barking dogs at night and early morning. Unit needs some maintenance. Kitchen partially equipped. Coffee maker and blender but no.toastrr or microwave. Pool small but clean. Staff super friendly.

Our maid Enicia was kind and helpful. The rooms are unique in that they include a kitchen. The swimming pool is small but partially in the shade. It was humid when we visited and so we greatly appreciated the refreshing relief the pool brought.

Nice and clean!

The hotel is very quite and nice. Close to the playa Puerto Angelito. Manzanillo and carrizillo (15-20 min. Walking) and 10min driving, from the adoquin (playa principal) The staff is fryendly
