Excellent stay. The hotel is right in the city center, with an unbeatable location — everything is within walking distance, from restaurants and cafés to pharmacies, shops, and the pedestrian area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with very cozy mattresses, perfect for resting after a day of exploring. It’s a small hotel, but very well arranged, organized, and practical. The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and helpful attitude at all times. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and a great central location.

Breakfast was horrible, the room was terrible and you could see the hallway from inside the room when the door was closed. Even though you close the windows you can hear the street outside as if the windows are open. There was a used tooth pick on the bedside table and the room itself smelled like a brothel. The place most of all seemed like a place you go for an hour or two just to get your business done. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We stayed one night du to the late Arrival in the city and had booked for 3 nights but we went to another hotel after the first night

En primer lugar, noté que las fotos mostradas en línea no coinciden del todo con la realidad de la habitación en la que me alojé. Había varios detalles que faltaban y que considero importantes para la comodidad de sus huéspedes. Por ejemplo, mi habitación no tenía un lugar adecuado para poner el jabón en la ducha, y tuve que dejarlo en un borde de la pared. Esto fue bastante incómodo, especialmente cuando encontré jabones usados de huéspedes anteriores en el mismo lugar. Entiendo que estos pueden parecer problemas menores, pero en conjunto, afectan la comodidad y satisfacción de la estancia. Sería maravilloso si las instalaciones y las fotos en línea pudieran revisarse y actualizarse para reflejar con precisión lo que los huéspedes pueden esperar. Además, encontré que el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones es bastante deficiente. Durante mi estancia de fin de semana, me molestaron ruidos fuertes de motocicletas en las primeras horas de la mañana, lo cual afectó mi descanso.

La limpieza no era nada buena. Llegamos y había un trozo de pan en la cabecera. La TV no funcionaba, hasta el 2do día. El agua de la ducha era fría o muy caliente. Para abrir la puerta del cuarto era complicado. La ubicación muy buena y el restaurante del desayuno incluido muy bueno y gran atención.

Olha, simplesmente tudo HORRÍVEL, sujo, mofado, camas com colchões muuuuuito velhos e laceados !!! Experiência terrível! Hotéis.com não deveriam colocar um tipo desse de hospedagem em sua lista de hotel! Única coisa boa foi o atendente!!!

Al hotel le falta remodelación, en realidad me sentía incómoda, pero ya nos recogían desde allí. El baño pequeño, para calentar el agua durábamos más de 5 minutos. La habitación estaba más fría que afuera. Tenían un perro durmiendo en un sillón del café internet, me parece falto de higiene. Aunque no me quejo por el perro, porque los amo, deben ubicarlo en otro lugar.
