Su estadía seria muy placentera, sin vecinos cerca, lejos del bullicio pero con la facilidad de visitar gran cantidad de playas a menos de 20 minutos en distancia. Así como cercanía con los diferentes comercios, bancos, farmacias, etc. Podrá, también, visitar desde nuestra casa el hermoso Parque Nacional Corcovado desde sus diferentes estaciones. Ademas de otros atractivos aledaños. La casa cuenta con suficiente espacio de jardín para que familias se diviertan jugando incluso viendo algunas especies de aves.
