This is a really great budget option in the area. The beds were comfy in the private room, and although we had a shared bathroom, nobody was staying adjacent to us during our two nights, so we had it to ourselves. Breakfast was basic but included more than I expected, and there's a cute cat on the property. Really liked the lawn courtyard too, and there's a gated entrance for security.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. My private room with shared bathroom was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Very good to have the use of left luggage and a shower on my last day. A good, varied breakfast provided every day.

Highly recommend

Had a great stay, lovely hostel close to town and bus station. Staff were all fantastic and happy to help with anything from booking tours, hiring a car, planning walking/biking routes etc. Room was large with big bed and good storage, bathroom clean with powerful shower. Only complaints would be gas heater in our room kept breaking down and we found the bed a bit too hard.

Close to beaches in Puerto Madryn

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is a few blocks away from main activities in Puerto Madryn. The only thing I didn’t like was a musty odor from the bathroom (we were on the first floor) and the bathroom overall needed better cleaning. We kept the bathroom door shut so managed ok. The price and nice people are pluses.

Awful!

Awful. Noisy. Other guests had no respect for other people, talking loudly immediately outside our room in the tiny garden until late at night and early in the morning. Glad to leave. Think twice before staying here, and then think again. If basic hosteling I should your thing, then OK; otherwise avoid.

Nice and friendly hostel to stay

We were a family and stay at the hostel when visited the península Valdes The staff was very informative and welcoming. The breakfast excellent. The room very comfortable for a family of 4. When stayed were some reformulation work, so it could be even better in the future.

Happy choice for mother daughter whale lovers

Everything Gabrielle said - such as easy walk from bus terminal and to seafront, gated so secure, professional initial intro to the area and depending on what we wanted to do, consultation about options and weather forecasts. Bookings done for us, with follow up whenever we requested more details. Two kitchens well equipped and fridge with labeling system in place. We had a 2 bed bunk room and the shared bathroom is en suite shared by two rooms - Jack and Jill in USA talk. Comfortable and basic. - usual maintenance issues. Eg. Time for some cobweb sweeping in the bathroom window cave. Only sweet cakes for breakfast, so thanks for providing some fresh fruit for vegans on request. (Gurupan is a bit of a walk but worth it - see Happy Cow). NB They are constructing more rooms now, so a mess in front but no noise issues.

Bom atendimento do Eduardo que explicou bem as comodidades e nos acompanhou até o quarto. É um hostel mais para uma pousada, mas os quartos são bons, limpos e confortáveis. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo a pé e conveniente. O estacionamento é pago a parte 10.000 pesos e pequeno se todos chegarem de carro/moto. O café da manhã é razoável, sem muitas opções, mas suficiente. Indicado se não estiver procurando luxo, mas vale a pena.

Das Hostel lag über unseren Erwartungen! Check-In etc. war absolut unproblematisch. Der Inhaber an der Rezension war unheimlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und konnte fließend Englisch. Des Weiteren konnten wir über ihn Touren zur Halbinsel buchen und haben nützliche Tips für unsere Tagesplanung bekommen. Unser Zimmer war klein aber fein. Wir hatten ein Gemeinschaftsbad welches aber nur mit dem direkten Zimmer nebenan geteilt werden muss. Alles war ausgesprochen Sauber. Das Frühstück war typisch argentinisch süß und überschaubar aber toller Kaffee und frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
