Location is great. You really can't beat it. We stayed with our two kids under three and they loved being able to walk to the beach or play in the pool it is a close walk to downtown. The negative it that the the place is run down. example: the safe was not working and We had one air conditioner not work. But the owner was attentive to these issues and put in place solutions (new safe, AC was serviced, but was determined by tech that it needed to be replaced) It took a few requests to get garbage bags and towels but they came through eventually.

The view and location 5 stars. It would be nice to have enough bath towels for all guests that are placed in the bathrooms or at least located near the bathrooms. The furniture in the main space is not what is shown in the pictures. So it just feels a little not honest about the property. There was no mattress protector on the master bed. That felt unsanitary. The walls have lots of stains and plaster missing as well the doors are falling apart. I understand the property takes a beating due to the elements of the beautiful ocean. I just feel as a property owner here in Mexico it is tough to keep up with. However, some repairs of the wall and fresh paint would do wonders. As well as some updated curtains could just freshen up the property. Overall we enjoyed the properties location and multiple bedrooms for us as a family to all be together. We understand that there are not very many large properties on the water to choose from. I would stay here again.. you cannot beat the location. However with a little maintenance this property has so much potential to be a 5 star property.
