I LOVED my stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The resort is the perfect size if you don't want to walk a lot. There is beach access but no sand. You can't walk on the beach its just water, so if you're looking for the sand there isn't any. Overall it was the perfect stay. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. I'd like to mention David, Augustin, and Cinthya from the front desk who were always very helpful. I'd also like to mention Laura from Landshark and Alan from the lobby bar who gave excellent customer service as well.

Great experience at the adults only margaritaville! Would definitely come back we had an amazing trip. Many pros listed below. Only 2 cons: 1. No beach at all, and this wasn’t called out to us prior to our trip 2. Only 2 restaurants plus buffet but both were good Pros: - Salted rim cocktail bar for amazing cocktails every evening. We don’t usually see this at all incs. - Clean and brand new rooms, great blinds as well. - The staff that worked at the entertainment pool were our FAV part by far. Angel and his team of people keeping everyone happy, dancing, playing fun games all day (name that DJ, pool Pictionary, etc) were our fav part of the day. Especially the aqua fit classes at noon every day. SO SO fun highly recommend. - Loved the patio, flooded with sun - Service was fantastic - came quickly when we need our door fixed, ordered late night snacks, requested blankets, etc - The entire resort was brand new and sparkling clean you can tell the staff worked tirelessly to keep it that way - The buffet was great, we loved having fresh fish right off the grill at lunch and the fresh omelette bar in the morning. Servers were really awesome and quick too - The two restaurants both had really fresh food and large menus (but they do book up days in advance so make resos right when you arrive) - Large selection of drinks even at the pool bars - incl. Aperol spritz, mimosas, Whiskey, etc - Loved that we got points for the week to pick what was in our room - coffee shop

This was an amazing trip, spa was great, staff was awesome. The whole prestige sales package was absolutely the main reason this isn’t a 5 star review. They wasted most of an afternoon and became rude and pushy. Other than that I’d love to go back

The property and amenities were great. Friendly, attentive and responsive staff. Everything felt like an up-sell, and despite being all-inclusive, tipping was expected and got you faster bar service. There is no beach to step onto and there was not an excursion offered that felt safe for 2 single women traveling together. the weather was absolute crap, but we still had a great time. I might go back to the resort chain but in a different location.

From start to finish, our experience at the resort was exceptional. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly and always eager to help. I’d like to give special recognition to a few individuals who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable: Viktor at the bar, Geraldo, Erick, Gabino, and Noel from the Boathouse, and Carlos and Eduardo at LandShark. Each of them provided outstanding service that truly elevated our experience. The resort itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. We were fortunate to enjoy a partial ocean view, which was a lovely bonus. The dining options were fantastic, with each restaurant offering something unique. While we thoroughly enjoyed all the food, the Italian restaurant was our favorite—the pizza was surprisingly amazing! Breakfast at the Boathouse buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. While the resort doesn’t have direct beach access, we didn’t find this to be an issue. There’s ample seating around the pools, making it easy to soak up the sun and relax. We actually spent some time a the pickle ball courts. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would definitely return.

The service was great food ok! Very clean and serene property, servers were good especially once you tip ! My favorite server was Eric at the boat house he was awesome and very attentive!! Alain was my favorite bartender at the salted rim! My only issue was making reservations at the steak or Italian restaurant for a large party was a hassle !!! The Foam Party Was Lit!!!

This property is small. And don't expect any beach at all. The pools are not tempered so prepare for cold waters. However there are enough chairs for everyone and the pools are nicely layed out. If you're looking for relaxation, this place is NOT IT. Music playing on multiple speakers all over rhe grounds and clashes with music from the pool party so you get no rest. Also, the music is what you would expect a redneck to listen to as he rests his feet in his kids wading pool with a shirt that says "one tequila, two tequila, three tequila floor" And it plays on a loop over and over driving the staff slowly mad. The staff tries to be helpful, but they are mismanaged. Long unnecessary wait times for tables and overworked. Management takes every problem as a "sorry too bad" incident. As for the food: you will be left deeply unimpressed. The buffet is small. But worse, the dishes are extremely limited and on repeat every day with zero consistency. Did you have a good seafood dish one day? Enjoy that. It will be horrible the next. One section is a collection of random veggies and toppings that get repeated so it looks full bit you're basically browsing through the same 8 items repeated 4 times. Flavor is basic at best. Meat and seafood bland. Try to get used to eating the same dishes everyday. Every so often they'll add a theme night. But not sure why. One day they had oriental decorations including chopsticks but not a single east asian food item, aside from the Mandarins was found

NO BEACH ACCESS. Pool was okay, though having to wake up early to save a pool chair seems crazy. The water is very cold. 5 dining options only. Steak house was disappointing. Steak was mostly fat, and it came with 5 vegetables. Good drink options, buffett was very good with lots of fresh food. I would put the bufett above the steakhouse for sure. The pasta place was good. Overall, it was okay. Wish i had known there was no beach access.

This was my first time visiting Cancún and staying at an all-inclusive resort, so I want to share some insights for other first-timers. Pros: The resort is stunning, and the staff is incredible—friendly, funny, and attentive. Many speak great English and frequently check in to offer drinks and make sure you're having a good time. The food was delicious, with no greasy or heavy options. I had just recovered from a small stomach bug before the trip, and the meals didn’t aggravate my stomach at all. There was also a good variety, so we never repeated meals during our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels every day. Room service was excellent and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Cons: Although we arrived four hours early and were able to enjoy the amenities (changing into swimwear in the lobby bathroom), the room was still about 30 minutes late past the official check-in time. The resort has more of a lively, party vibe than I was expecting. Music plays throughout the day, and while we got used to it after the first day, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter escape. That said, there were a few quieter spots where people were reading and relaxing. It’s worth noting that the name “Margaritaville” does set a certain expectation—yes, they play Jimmy Buffett songs throughout the day! Unfortunately, beach access was closed during our stay due to damage to the stairs. This resort is more suited for pool lovers than beachgoers.

We enjoyed our stay at Margarittaville. The facility and rooms are immaculate. It is a smaller resort but it was perfect for our 4 night stay. There is no beach but who needs a beach! There are are several different pool areas and depending on whether you desire a quieter area to sunbathe or the 5 o’clock somewhere pool which has music, liveliness, and fun activities. The food was very good and the service was superb. We would love to give a special shoutout to Angel and Mariel (Activity Specialists) who made all activities exciting. The day bartender at The Salted Rim, Angel, is the very best. I found myself wandering from the pool to the inside Salted Rim bar to get the best of the best drinks. The liquor is better and Angel made my drinks to specification. All in all, this was a super place to vacation and the price was less expensive than all other similar resorts.

The staff is wonderful, the resort is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The rooms have everything you need to rest and feel pampered. The staff go beyond, so sweet and really make your stay feel special. The food is excellent! This was my second time and won't be my last. Sergio the pool waiter was fantastic! The social team of Angel, Regina and Angelo were so nice and fun! Irving is an excellent bar tender. Jose and Sefario are excellent waiters in the Boathouse. Can't thank them enough for making our visit so wonderful. We hope to be back soon!
