I recently stayed at The Secret Hotel, and it lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from this international chain. The quality of service and food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The food was delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. What truly stood out was the staff — proactive, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The resort as a whole was amazing. The only thing I wish was a little better was the information at check in. There’s a few things that were included in our reservation that we never knew about and never did. We found out on our trip home

There was a little bit of high pressure bait/switch at check in to “visit” another sister property & go home & tell all our friends & family how great it was -but we heard it was selling a travel club membership & would take almost all day - not sure if that’s true-but didn’t like that so we canceled & were made to feel like it was kind of taking away “someone’s brownie points”…

Property was clean and well-kept. House keepers did an amazing job cleaning. I went out after dinner and came back to a clean room with bed remade and towels/washcloths restocked. Only 1 restaurant on the secrets side that was really good for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, you would have to go on the breathless side for other restaurants and entertainment. Secrets is for sure, the relaxing side, but you get the best of both worlds

This property did not disappoint. It was beautiful and the staff was amazing. They made you feel right at home. The food and drinks are amazing. They kept you busy with entertainment by the pool! Ramirez & Samuel the sommeliers are amazing they not only both go above and beyond but make my experience amazing everytime (I used to hate drinking wine but Ramirez has definitely opened up my taste buds). They truly both care about the guests. If it wasnt for them coming here would not be the same! They both make me feel like family. Emiliano went above and beyond with planning my engagement and it was beautiful - he was not only easy and fast to respond but a genuine individual that made the process simple! I also have to say Emilio the butler was so easy to work with and helpful, he took care of everything I asked him and more. Its truly an honor to know all these individuals as they really do care about the guests and make you feel at home.
