I can't wait to visit Secrets again! My friends and I had an amazing and unforgettable time. From the time we stepped onto the resort to being greeted by the staff throughout our visit, to the multiple food options - nothing was missed! The master suite was such a treat with a wide swim out pool, which was a space of refuge for me. I'm already planning my next stay!

Our room was amazing, the staff was great, and the food/drinks were satisfying. I called a few weeks in advance and asked about the topless sunbathing area since there were many reviews stating that they enjoyed this at this location. I was told over the phone by a Hyatt rep that there's an area called Freestyle Zone for topless sunbathing. Upon arrival and asking about it, the staff advised me that once Hyatt bought the hotel, they removed the Freestyle Zone. My girlfriend was definitely disappointed with the news. If you want to enjoy the hot tub at night, sorry but this is not the place. All pools and hot tubs closes at 8pm. All hot tubs are about 95° F. Speaking of hot water; if you like scolding hot water, the hottest the water will be in your shower will be luke-warm.

Our room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The staff was AMAZING!! Luis at the pool was sooo much fun. Daniel at the pool was very helpful and soo nice. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to get away and get some sun and rest in peace.

This was honestly the best vacation we have ever had!!! Room was fantastic.Service was spectacular.Absolutely no complaints.
