No hot water in our room the first day. It was only baby bottle hot. They came several times to check it out and said it’s fine. Hot water tap only open supplying slightly warm water. NO It’s not good. We insisted they give us another room, they reluctantly did. They say they have 5 fine dining restaurants, in reality only one is open on any night. Good luck getting a table….first come first served… All of their maintenance carts, gardener carts, food service carts, food and drink supply carts have hard wheels in them. Hard wheels on cobble stone paths make a huge noise ALL day long. Not very peaceful and relaxing….. The beach available to walk on is only 200 metres long, very disappointing…. The food in the fine dining restaurants, very small portions and weird, for instance the shrimp entree can with 8 medium shrimp, that’s it, no rice or bean or vegetables….just shrimp? My steak came with a small steak and a 1/3 of a cup of mashed potatoes, no vegetables….i could go on but I think you get the idea.

They say they have 5 restaurants but only 1 is open every night! They did not clean the room daily. We had to change rooms due to things not properly working.

Took us 3 hours to get to the hotel when it was 20 mins away, no one can find the resort. Once we got there it was under construction and had two restaurants which closed most of the days, booked and ocean view room, wasn’t given an ocean view room. For someone who goes to Mexico a lot this was a rather disappointing since I took someone for their birthday. The resort itself was beautiful not little to no amenities or perks, service was slow, limited food options, if we knew out of the 6 restaurants only two would be barely available, I would have never booked it. Very inconvenient.

Amazing resort. Everything from the rooms to personnel was exceptional. Due to low season the restaurants in the resort offer a la carte menu. Yes, big part of resort is under construction, but it didn't make out vacation less enjoyable.

The staff was superb, the food was the best I’v ever had at an all inclusive including room service. The resort was clean & rooms were nice. They were currently doing some construction but it didn’t seem to interfere with our trip. There wasn’t much of a beach front to enjoy however they’re currently working on expanding it, which would be nice in the future. This resort is great for people or families wanting to relax and enjoy the paradise as there were only about 75 people there. If you’re looking for the night life this probably isn’t the resort of choice. They do have nightly entertainment but would be nice to have a little more variety especially with kiddos. Could also use more day time entertainment as well, but we still had a great time. The roads getting to the resort were horrible and could use some work ASAP. Also with the multiple changes in ownership & resort name our driver had a little difficulty finding it upon arrival. Overall it was a good choice and great family vacation.

Not the most ideal hotel, they advertise 6 restaurants and 11 bars I believe but only 2 restaurants were open and only 1 - 2 bars at a time were open. The bars are only open from 10-11 which is not ideal for a bunch of young people who would like to party. The swim up bar kinda lacked, they didn’t have ice half the time, the rooms were very well taken care of, but this hotel lacks entertainment and excitement. BE CAREFUL OF THE EXCUSION GUY LOIDY- he is a SCAMMER!!!!! I paid a lot of money to go out on excursions and my friend ended up getting drugged on one of them and later we found out that Loidy purposely sent us on the wrong excursions in order to make a profit. DO NOT TRUST HIM.
