For all your gatherings the patio is the perfect place, it provides you a Charcoal BBQ, lounge chairs and patio furniture with incredible ocean views, for your happy hours the upper deck is fabulous to watch the most beautiful sunsets. Located in a cul de sac makes this house very safe for kids and its just steps from the water.

Wedding Weekend Digs

Four family members and I were in P.P. for my nephew’s wedding. This house fit our needs. It was comfortable and included an accessible room and bathroom for my mother. If you’re new to Puerto Penasco, as we were, it would be nice to have an information binder or at least a note. IE beach access, markets close by, map of town.

Todo muy bien muy bien equipada la casa y muy linda pero las camas si les hacía un poco más de limpieza no estoy segura si no lavaron las sábanas y colchas o si ya tenían mucho tiempo que no se cambiaban pero en general todo muy bien lo que no entiendo do porque dice que también se puede uno acomodar en el sótano si el sótano está cerrado y tiene un letrero que dice que está prohibida la entrada entonces eso es falso anuncio y se batallaba un poco para llegar a la playa no hay escaleras al final.

We stayed here because we were going to a wedding. The location was perfect, only a 2 minute drive to the wedding house. The house was gorgeous and the view of the ocean great. It was clean and big enough for all of us.

Beautiful Accommodations and Views

Very close to the ocean and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. The house is filled with colorful tiles a decor and LOTS of books to read while relaxing. The house is beautiful and homey. It was a nice place to stay.

We had a great time. When it rained the roof leaked into the living room - should be fixed. Please get a new (or working) bar b q. This one took pliers to operate. But the house is close to the beach and is very well stocked with dishes and utensils. We would stay there again!!

Great Place Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time! Great rooms with wonderfully cool A/C to relax in after a fun day at the beach. FMI was great to work with. The beach was almost all ours. Rarely was there anyone else there during the week that we went. Would recommend it to anyone who loves the quiet and enjoys the beach and seal life

Family weekend

House was great, spacious home. The outside patio and upstairs patio made for a spectacular view of the ocean. Had a little trouble finding access to the beach. Didn't find it until the 2nd day. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
