This is a fantastic Rocky Point property. We’ve stayed at a lot of homes in Las Conchas, and this was easily the nicest. It is modern and has everything you’d want for a larger group. It also has a wonderful lot with great beach access and better views. And having a pool and hot tub is an added bonus.

Great place to celebrate!

We had my 50th birthday at this property along with friends. Gorgeous property in a great location! Beautiful sandy beach that is not crowded. Beautiful views! Property manager was very responsive.
