Welcome to C301002. This is a tastefully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio condominium located on the 10th floor that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. This condo features a comfy queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and a pillow-top king-size bed in the master bedroom. There is a rollout cot available. The bedroom window has an amazing, beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The living room has huge windows and sliding door access to the wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the sea and the pools below. The large bathroom has an oversize shower stall with a soothing rainfall showerhead and endless hot water. There are double sinks and a hairdryer for your convenience. The galley kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with all modern appliances and ample cupboards. In addition to dishware and cooking utensils, there is a full array of appliances, including a refrigerator, full-size range, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. A toaster, blender, and coffee pot are also provided. (bring your own coffee and margarita mix!). A compact washer/dryer is also available for your use. We have "smart" Samsung LED TVs in both rooms that bring you quality streaming video from Netflix and others. You are only a few steps from the beach or pools where you can soak up the warm Mexican sun.
