Luxury Las Palomas Oceanview Condo - Phase 2

World-class 2 bed / 2 bath condo located in Phase II of Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort directly on beautiful Sandy Beach . Our newly renovated unit feature 2 large bedrooms with memory foam king beds and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Las Palomas is located centrally on Sandy Beach and close to everything the city has to offer. Come enjoy the huge resort - use the golf course, lazy river, beach, 6 outdoor heated pools, 2 hot tubs, or explore the great city of Puerto Penasco!



Our unit is brand new to the rental pool so it has been well maintained by us and is in excellent shape. It was also completely renovated in December 2022. The entire unit has brand new furniture including beds, mattresses, couches, living room furniture, patio furniture.



Each bedroom has a plush king bed with memory foam mattress and matching night stands and dresser. Dining room has seating for 6 the table and another 4 at the bar. The living room has a new leather sleeper sofa and loveseat. The patio has new polywood furniture with seating for 6 and chase lounge for 2.



The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances along with Keurig machine and all new cooking utensils. Every room has a brand new 65`+ smart TV. The unit has a warm beige theme with relaxing décor.



When you stay in our condo you will have access to:

When you arrive, please provide your name and reservation number at the security gate and drive to the right to the Phase II lobby. They will help you check-in, get wrist-bands for all the guests and locate the unit. You are welcome to park above ground or below ground.

Awesome experience

Overall it was a great experience and stay. Rob communicated quickly and answered all questions. The condo was clean and just as described. Went through CasaGo which was a good experience as well. Check in is faster than at las Palomas front desk and they assisted with any questions I had once there. Would highly recommend this condo!

Great Stay

My family had a a great time in Mexico as first timers to Rocky Point. Rob was extremely helpful and responded to any question I had within minutes. The view is gorgeous and the water is warm. We all enjoyed ourselves and will come back again.

Beautiful Condo!

Great place, just as pictured. The beds are very comfortable.We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The pools are beautiful and we loved the super warm water in some of them. Two things to point out, there are only 3 pool towels in the unit and there were 4 of us….not a huge deal though. The listing says breakfast is included but that is not accurate. You get the free breakfast only when you book through the resort.

Great condo!!!

Property is exactly as advertised! Resort is gorgeous and safe. Food and drinks on site are decent! My one suggestion, for the unit would be to enhance the kitchen ware, but I also understand that most people probably do not cook on vacation. Host was very responsive!

Great Rental, great communication

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this condo within Las Palomas. Communication from the owner was proactive and check-in was quick and easy. Kitchen had everything we needed to bring our little ones along. Can’t wait to stay again.

Mesmerizing

Everything about our stay was easy breezy!!! Check in/Check out was smooth. The host was prompt and very clear with communication and assistance. Our room was spotless and as comforting as can possibly be. La Maria dining offered very tasty and reasonable meals. The point coffee in phase 2 was amazing. Everything was perfect and nothing less. Definitely our go to next time around.
