This lovely one-bedroom one-bathroom unit is located in the Marina Pinacate Resort, right in the middle of the action at the end of 13 Street, a few steps from the famous Sandy Beach, as well as restaurants and bars in the area. Located on the first floor with a cozy living room area with a big-screen TV, private WiFi and a sofa sleeper, a very nice pool and ocean view from the private yard, easy walk to the communal areas of the resort such as the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics such as pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Nice bedroom with queen-size bed and T.V. set with direct access to the bathroom.

Pinacate Condo

The sofas were not vacuumed. No extra linen for the sofa bed. Only two bath towels, one was stained. No Hand towels in bathroom. The comforter was stained. Not sure if it was a permanent stain or was simply not cleaned. We liked the location of the condo being on the first floor with patio access to the pool area. The outdoor area and pool was beautiful.Would come again however would appreciate more attention to supplies and cleaning.

Property was just as described.

Everything was great. The only thing we found is there is a wasp nest in the upper patio so we weren't able to sit outside and was even scared to open the door. Also no way to wash dishes, but that wasn't that big of deal. Overall great for the money!
