The Space:

Fully equipped condo with 2 bedrooms 2.5 Bathrooms perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for an easy access and gated parking with security 24/7 on premisses.



Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities, bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!



The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, nightstands, tv with dvd, has easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy, and access to the balcony. Includes spacious master bathroom with bathtub, walking closet and shower. The second bedroom has two comfy queen size beds, nightstand, tv and easy access to the full bathroom and balcony overlooking the Estuary.



The dining area has a beautiful granite table set to seat 8 people with beautiful views to the ocean to enjoy meals. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, and cooking amenities. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50" smart tv to enjoy streaming services with amazing views to the ocean. The unit has furnished balcony to admire the spectacular views to the Sea of Cortez.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

The condo is NOT being maintained in any way and is in serious need of TLC. I have never stayed at a rental in such poor shape. When we arrived there were SEVERAL maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. The big issues that we had to deal with were no hot water, no heat and the refrigerator did not get cold. The lights in the bedroom didn’t work, the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work and only one of the outlets in the kitchen worked. The door handle fell off when we tried to open the main door to the condo. The furniture was in decent shape, but the paint is peeling off the ceiling. The blender was missing the top. When we called the numbers provided to us, none of them worked so we had to send an email and wait almost 24 hours to get a response. They did get someone out to the property almost halfway through our trip but by then our ice had fully melted and some of our food had to thrown away. Maintenance ended up spending several hours there making repairs but only got a few things going. They were able to fix the big issues and the door handle and the bedroom light, but it was halfway through our trip before these things were taken care of and we had a maintenance man in our condo for several hours. They defrosted the refrigerator which ended up leaking water all over the kitchen floor so it made the kitchen unusable for several hours. We ended up driving to town (which is 30 minutes away) for dinner since we had someone in the kitchen tearing the refrigerator apart.

Disappointed

Although it is what is says it is, the condo itself was clean but when I tried to use the Hot Tub, one of the knobs came off leaving the water running, I tried getting in touch with the after hours number and the regular number and nobody answered til noon the next day. What I did was got dressed and went downstairs to see if anyone was on property where I finally found the number to the security guard shack and he was the one after an hour that finally came to help shut off the water. The property is 25/30 mins away from town but the road is a dirt road which makes it harder and slower to travel. One of the Jacuzzi's was dirty full of bugs and the "bubbles" didn't work. Although we had a nice relaxing time, if you are going there to enjoy night life, this place is not for you otherwise it is relaxing and we enjoyed not sharing the pool with a lot of kids and drunk people. Definitely take your groceries and snacks because going back and forth everyday is a pain. We did have an amazing carne asada one day when we reserved the bar area.
