This condo suited our needs perfectly. it was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was so convenient being on the ground floor, and the enormous patio was ideal for the children, providing a safe place for outdoor play. We can’t wait to come back!

Not as nice as other condos we have stayed at here at Las Palomas, but it did have everything we could need. Floor unit was great and the patio is huge! This unit could use some TLC and a little decorating but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

We always love coming to rocky point and staying at different places. This time was no different! Location was very convenient to pool and beach! Only thing is this really isn’t ground floor… there is still steps to the room which we didn’t expect. Also the room could use a little upgrading. Needs more supplies and cooking wear ect. Labor Day Vacation

Overall the property was as described in the listing and the proximity to the pool and beach was perfect! There were a few minor inconveniences in the unit but those can be easily resolved. The fan in one of the rooms didn’t work and the remote was missing. The main patio slider door seemed to get stuck on the track making it difficult to open and close so we mainly used the slider doors from the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space and seating on the patio for the entire family.

Great location

We’ve loved the property. We had an issue with las Paloma’s (we’ve been coming for almost ten years) but the whole condo smelled liked sewage and they said it was ready but it was evident that they had not cleaned or mopped. They came and cleaned after we called. It took about a day and a half for the smell to go away. As far as the condo - we loved it once the smell went away!
