The open-concept living area features contemporary furnishings, leather sofas, marble floors, and a large flat-screen TV with satellite and sound system. The dining area comfortably seats your group, creating the perfect space to gather and unwind. A convenient half bathroom is located nearby.

Ruined Birthday Celebration/Muy desagradable

We invited my sister in law and her boyfriend to join us for a trip to Peñasco/Rocky Point as her birthday present. We rented this property for them to enjoy themselves, and relax. The check in process was easy, property is clean. However, when they decided to take a shower the water started sipping through the walls. They did not know if the cause was a backed up pipe or what the problem was. My sister in law used the towels to dry the area as much as possible. Since I rented the property, I reached out to the number provided. They dispatched personnel to inspect the property and look for the problem. I reached out to Armando to complain and ask for a refund since my relatives were there to enjoy themselves and not deal with these type of problems. Well, Armando said that I was exaggerating. That the water leak was very small…..When I challenged this statement he proceeded to hang up on me. Armando obviously does not care. He should have apologized and make things right. I don’t know anybody that wants to go on vacation to deal with situations such as this, have to leave the property for repairs to be done and be treated so unprofessionally. I don’t recommend this property!

Peaceful and Pleasent

The condo, the property and the views were exactly like mentioned....really nice. WE had a very peaceful time, the ocean was warm and tranquil. My granddaughter loved watching the small fishes and crabs. We rode the banana boats and saw a family of dolphins, a true delight. I wished we could of stayed longer. Only advice pack your food, drinks and whatever else you need closes shop 25 minutes away.
