No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas. A $150 fee will be charged for any indoor smoking violations.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability. A fee of $20 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures. Please request in advance.

Pool Area Cleanliness – To maintain a clean and enjoyable space, please dispose of trash properly. Excessive trash left in the pool area will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Check-In & Check-Out Process –Check-in details will be provided one day before arrival. A team member will personally meet you upon arrival to hand over the key. Upon departure, please inform us in advance so we can arrange key collection.

Fantastic Home

Several of us, long time friends, went to the bike rally this year. We enjoyed our stay immensely! The bedrooms in the main house were exactly as listed; the only downfall is we wished it had a fifth room in the main house so we could all have stayed in one building. Our bed was very comfortable. The couches were not the most comfortable because when you sit the cushions slide off, but other than that, the home was great! One great touch was that the host ensured we had plenty of fresh drinking water...a huge plus for me since I am a big water drinker. The host Tomas was great at communicating with me, and his managing agent... goodness, I cannot say enough about her. Marisol made herself accessible to us and responded immediately. It was a great stay and we are already talking about next year's bike rally! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our family of 16 fit comfortably and even had extra space. We had a great time, the home was exactly as described and it was equipped with everything needed. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.
