The Village #14 is an Ocean view home located at the fractional area of THE
VILLAGE in Las Conchas, Home offers 3 bedrooms; and 2 1/2 baths. The Living area
which is in the 1st floor has great views to the pool and playground area. It
counts with a good size balcony where you can share with family and friends. The
kitchen is full equipped, it has an electric stove it also provides stainless
steel appliances and has an easy access to the 1/2 bathroom. Down stairs offers
a Master bedroom has a queen bed with an excellent view to the green area (Play
Ground). 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed with a jack and jill bathroom that is
shared with the 3rd bedroom which provides 2 set of bunk beds. Terrace offers a
built in charcoal BBQ Grill with a large area to re-unite and glaze at the

summer family getaway

the house was in great location and it was beautiful home. just needs some updates like tv's and washer dryer would make it perfect!

Property pool was used by non residents that keep leaving a mess by pool, No security around. Maintenance works left the ladder on palms trees for days tool plain view.

Nice, clean house enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely stay again.
