We had a 1 night stay in Puerto Plata and this hotel was amazing. The only thing I could say I didn’t like was that there is a club on the roof and you can hear everything in the rooms. That didn’t bother me as much though. Everything about this hotel was overall great. Clean, convenient, staff is nice, breakfast was great, the views are amazing. Everything is very local.

Great location and friendly service if you want to bee within walking distance to see the historic area of Puerto Plata. A little difficult to maneuver the stairs, would have loved an in room coffeemaker since breakfast starts at 8:00 am. Would have expected a bedsheet between the comforter, but it was pretty clean. All around, for the price, a great value.

Pros: Receptionist was very nice to us, but that is all. Cons:We got our breakfast confirmed twice but still brought us wrong orders with hair in it. Room walls are paper thin, can hear everyone and everything.
