The hotel is on a busy street. Half of the building is being renovated. There is some construction noise from around 8am. And there was noise from dogs barking during the night sometimes.The hotel location is close to the centro area, but nowhere close to a nice beach. The beach in Puerto Plata is an embarassment to the city and the country. Full of garbage.The staff were all very nice. the price per night is very reasonable.

There are many positive features, such as the staff is very attentive, and the housekeeping manages to keep the rooms and even common areas very clean.
