Four bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms means four couples — or a family of eight — never share a bathroom. That is rare, and it is the reason groups book this villa.
HOW BOOKING WORKS (please read — it's different from a normal rental)
This villa is booked through our resort membership. You'll be registered with the resort as our Guest Members before arrival, and you'll receive Guest Member wristbands at check-in that unlock the entire resort.
IMPORTANT — ALL-INCLUSIVE FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE VILLA PRICE
The price here covers the villa only. The resort charges each guest a mandatory all-inclusive fee of US$150 per adult per day, paid directly to the resort at check-in. Children are discounted — we confirm exact child rates with your quote. The resort also charges a US$15 per person per night resort fee. In exchange, the all-inclusive covers every meal, all drinks including alcohol, all restaurants and bars, pools, beach, and nightly entertainment — you will not reach for your wallet on property. Message us with your dates and party size and we will send an exact written total before you book. No surprises at check-in.
IMPORTANT — ARRIVAL TIMING, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING FLIGHTS
Check-in is 3:00 PM, and you should plan to reach the resort BEFORE 5:00 PM. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, the resort will only check you in at their walk-in rate for the first night and will issue non-VIP bands; to restore your reservation you must visit customer service by 11:00 AM the next morning. This is resort policy and we cannot waive it, so please book flights that land with time to spare. One exception in your favor: if your scheduled flight gets you in after midnight, you pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for that first night.
At check-in the resort requires the lead guest to be present, and photo ID for every traveler including children.
Check-out is 11:30 AM. You return your bands and keys and receive a check-out ticket that lets you keep using the restaurants, pools, and beach until 3:00 PM — perfect for an evening flight.

GETTING HERE
Puerto Plata airport (POP) is about 20–30 minutes by taxi, roughly US$30–40 each way. Santiago (STI) is about 90 minutes.
