Overall I'm not a fan. I had no HOT water - it wasn't even luke warm and I complained 3 times to staff / management about this. The 1st time they said someone would fix it. When it still wasn't fixed the maintenance guy told me I was too far from the water heater and that was the best he could do. When I raised this to management, the manager stated that was incorrect and they'd fix it. 3 hrs later (after them working on it) it still wasn't fix. Needless to say, I checked out, grabbed an airbnb and had a great rest of my trip.

I truly loved my time at the resort! The staff was so attentive and friendly. I was traveling solo and honestly never had to leave. The spa was wonderful, Jordan gave me one of the best massages I’ve had lately. The food in the buffet was very tasty, the restaurants are also good. I have no complaints and I can’t wait to go again and stay longer. Book here!!! You won’t regret it!

This property is outdated their is too much smoking around the property making it uncomfortable to breathe. The private beach was closed most of our stay and the pools along the coast line were also closed. Making our stay a bit inconvenient and had to travel outside to a public beach next door.

Very beautiful resort but the staff was not very interested with helping us navigate the resort or answering any questions we had about location of amenities on the property or where to go for excursions. Food was great. The beach was closed for most our trip. Overall 3 star.

Room shower had no pressure, no internet l, USB ports for charging didn’t work, my friend’s room didn’t have a tv remote for the four days we were there despite reporting it everyday. They didn’t even try fixing any of it..Couldn’t watch youtube and Netflix because of the internet. Apart from that the place has some amazing views, had lots of activities and the staff were awesome.

The receptionist that checked us in was rude. I requested in my reservation to have a King bed and we were given 2 twin beds. When I went to tell them about my request, they said it was not given on request even though expedia asks you to choose. He was very rude about it so we ended up having to stay with the room. My partner and I slept uncomfortably and had to sleep on separate beds. That is unacceptable especially since it was reserved over 2 months in advance. In addition, multiple times the electricity went out while I was in a meeting. The water in the bathroom was barely warm, and the floor was extremely dirty. I had to wear my shoes in the room. The food was not good and the pools were dirty with sand. Very poorly kept property. We checked out early.

Overall it was a great stay. Multiple pools which were wonderful. Beautiful small beach. Staff were amazing! Good selection for the buffet and well prepared. The Select Adults Only was a great option. Very quiet and relaxing. Overall great resort. I would go back and will back next year.

It’s okay

The line at the hotel to check in was insane, there was no rhyme or reason. I stood in that line for an hour attempting to be checked in, only to be told there was a separate check in for the select area. I was then escorted there, took another 30 minutes to check in there. There was absolutely no order to things. The beach access was iffy at best, and the room was basic. Not anything to write home about for mid two hundred dollar a night resort. Working the tv without instructions was a bit tricky, and the phone in the room was dead. The alcohol there was the cheapest no name stuff you can get, so if you want a hangover, go for it. Most of the staff were perfectly friendly, which did help. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was great. The beach its self was very nice, and it appeared there were plenty of food options. Word to the wise, be careful what you eat there. Over all, I wouldn’t book a long term stay there, but for a couple of nights, it’s not bad.

While it is advised as adults only it was not. Only a pool was adults only. The first room had black mold in it and was told they couldn’t do anything until the next day. Finally got a room change and that room was ok. Lots of areas had some damage but it looked like they were trying to work on those areas. If we knew it was just one pool that was adult only we would have saved some money.

We stayed for 7 nights over Christmas at the Select/adults only part of the resort which is what I’m reviewing here. The staff are lovely, very friendly and accommodating. The service at the Select restaurant was excellent and we had some nice food there. The select bar was good also with great service and nice cocktails. The coffee was also very good. Overall the resort had a nice relaxed vibe. It was nice to be so close the to town too which seemed quite safe. The room was nice and clean. I’ve seen people say there isn’t hot water - you have to let it run for about 4 mins and it gets nice and steamy FYI.

Lot's to say about this property. First, it was a beautiful beach and location. Just so you can compare, I purchased the Adults only all inclusive with no additional upgrades. The drinks were fine. We drank Pina Coladas most of the time and asked for doubles. It was nice that they would use my personal Camelbak cup to fill when I asked. As far as food goes, the buffet sucked. The food was okay but it was always luke warm and never hot. We learned right away to reserve one of the 4 restaurants for dinner each night and was happy with the food there. Also, we ordered sandwiches from the bar area which was pretty good also. So we only used the buffet for breakfast and they had an egg station so at least that was cooked to order and hot. The beach was small and and closed a few days because of weather. Regardless of weather I should have at least been able to sit on the beach without going into the water. Also the beach front was very steep going into the water so the waves broke close and hard. I like to body surf and that was NOT the place to do it. The staff was great. Our room was great and have a beautiful view of the ocean. I enjoy a good buffet and would not return here unless they could increase the quality of the food. Otherwise it was a great value vacation.
