This resort is clean and well maintained, and the staff deserves special recognition for being kind, attentive, and professional. We enjoyed our stay overall, but there are a few details that could be improved to elevate the experience. Still a good choice, and we would consider returning.

The shower/tub was peeling and rusted. The cleaning staff barely cleaned the room, and they leave the door open letting mosquitos inside the room. The TV didn't work for 6 days before they decided to change it. "Bladimir", a server at the "Asian Restaurant" was so rude I left before getting my food. Impossible to get a reservation at the steak restaurant. They don't let the uber enter the hotel so you need to walk far to the highway. They do not offer airport shuttle and they overprice the taxi to the airport (80$USD).

The room was not well kept, the shower glass was cracked so everytime we showered, it leaked all to the bed area, the staff was extremely rude and unwilling to be helpful (except for literally 3 people), the amenities were not as promised - a lot of was not available or well kept at all, and the power went out 4 times which caused all the water to be off as well. The food was the worst food I’ve ever had.
