The hotel it's ok the staff are great.the rooms has too much humidity and smell, need to work more on the hot water also need more variety of food. At the bar when you ask for chicken wings and French fries or they don't have wings or chicken wings. But other than that every was good. We love the skinny guy that entertain on the show we love paulino the housekeeper are great

Everything was excellent, I just have to say there was legit only one thing I did not appreciate. When we arrived we were made to believe that the restaurants were only available one time during our stay and that as a courtesy we would be offered another one if we asked the following day, when clearly all 3 restaurants were included under the all inclusive package list on Expedia.

This resort only allows one reservation at its three restaurants. I stayed four nights. They gave me a reservation at the Italian restaurant. I tried to get into the Steak House or Habichi, but they told me they don't accept walk-ins. In your promotion you are not telling the reality about the reservations. At the cafeteria, I ordered dessert and it was served on a napkin. Dessert should be served on a plate and fork.
