This house has a spacious living room with a large fireplace, a gable roof with wooden beams and hurdle, typical clay tile flooring, the living room consists of 2 living areas and a dining room. Three bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 triple with fitted wardrobes and with windows open to the field, one of them with interior bathroom, the other only shower. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas cooker, fully equipped. Pleasant south facing exterior porch, with wooden beams, consists of a seating area and dining table for 10 people. Garden with pool of 7.50x3.50 meters. The house has WiFi in all areas, including the porch. Roof to hang clothes with laundry room. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean forest and a rustic and very relaxing atmosphere is breathed.
Nature, tranquility and relaxation .: This house is ideal for nature lovers. Its 100 hectares of mountains make it an ideal place for hiking, bird watching or simply taking a walk in the open air. If you wish you will not have to leave the area and you can take advantage of your stay to truly rest and disconnect from the bustle of the city. At the same time it has everything essential, shops, hospitals, etc. in a radius of less than 5 km.
Beaches and surf: The house is very close to the best beaches in the area, all of them less than 1 hour away by car. Cádiz, El Palmar, Sancti Petri, El Puerto de Santa María, Beach and surf lovers will be able to spend the day at any beach and go back to sleep at home avoiding the bustle of cities and looking for this quiet place.

Cultural visits and good access .: Cities as important as Cádiz, just 15km away and Seville at 90km. If you are looking to discover the Andalusian province and visit all its attractions, this house is perfectly located to explore the entire area. From the AP-4 Seville-Cádiz toll road, you can connect with the most important Andalusian cities.

Authentic finca and wonderful hosts

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in this much loved family house and estate which is full of fascinating detail. The finca has everything you need and if there is anything additional you might need, eg a large paella pan to have a go at cooking for yourself, this was provided within hours! Our hosts Amparo and Concha did everything possible to make our stay perfect.The house is in a great location for easy day trips to the interesting historic local towns and wonderful Atlantic beaches and Concha's tips and recommendations made these visits really easy. Highly recommended!

Super auténtica casa en el medio del campo

Nos encantó quedarnos una semana en Casa de Amparo. Amparo y Concha han sido super agradables y majas, siempre atentas a nuestras preguntas y nuestros deseos. La casa es muy auténtica, pero ademas tiene aire acondicionado y una super piscina. Hay también unos caballos y unos burros al lado a quién ibamos a saludar cada mañana y cada noche. Está muy bien situada, cerca de Cadiz y de muchas playas.

A beautiful, well-equipped finca with a rich history and acres of land to explore.

The farmhouse at la dehesa de las yeguas is a wonderful place to stay, in its own right and as a base to explore Andalusia. Amparo and his family are extremely kind hosts and our family holiday was made all the better for their helpful tips re sightseeing, restaurants etc. The 250 acre estate provided plenty of adventures, on foot and mountain bike, and including our own simulated corrida in the bullring! This property is great value, and in a perfect location to explore arguably the most interesting of Spain’s regions.

Interesting historical home that needs some restoration and cleaning

The house is located in a lovely pine wood forest that has easy access by motorway to Cadiz, the Atlantic beaches, shopping, and the surrounding country side. The people we interacted with were friendly and nice. Please be aware that this is a historical home that has not been renovated . The house has a toilet ventilation problem that causes the gas to vent inside the house. Sometime there were toilet smells in the bedroom and living room and sometimes not. The staff we contacted was helpful in sealing up two vents when we called it to their attention, it only partially helped. We kept the doors and windows opened. The windows all have mosquito screens. The old washing machine that is available for guest use, is also used to wash horse blankets and worker clothing, so it is not very clean. If you are a clean freak, this house is not for you. There is also the opportunity to order local home cooked meals and wine to the house which was a very nice option to have when we arrived. The food and wine were nice. In summary, this is a nice historical home in lovely natural surroundings that need some renovation, to at least the sewage ventilation system.

Authentic Finca set in the most beautiful location!

We had a fantastic stay, Finca was perfect for 3 coulples, plenty of space with the most stunning outside seating area. The Finca is clearly still used and much loved by the family that own it. Amparo was really helpful and the Finca has all you needed to enjoy a relaxing break. You can hear the motorway slightly when in the garden but it didn’t spoil the experience. The pine forest that surrounds the Finca is great for walks and there is even an abandoned bullring on the property! No hesitation in recommending.

What an amazing place

The photos don't do it enough justice...this farmhouse is amazing. Set in 100 hectares of woodland with horses and donkeys and sounds of nature who could wish for more. The farmhouse is rustic to say the least, with family photos and heirlooms showing the years of ownership is wonderfully thought provoking. The shaded veranda with lots of different seating areas was a joy to relax in with the 30+ degree heat, the space indoors was great and cool (thank you for the fan and air conditioning) with our 2 energetic boys we didn't feel we got in each other's way...so much land to explore, so going out for walks without actually leaving the ranch was wonderful. The pool area was brilliant, big and clean, again with enough shade for those who don't want to sunbathe and lovely sunbeds. Amparo was so accommodating and thank you for the paella and gazpacho on arrival (no shops open on a Sunday) The farmhouse is set in a great location, good access to Cadiz and nearby beaches...we didn't go out much because we had such a relaxing time at the farmhouse Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we hope to come again one day Mulin, Alan, Kai and Casper

Living in the woods

This is a former farmhouse in the middle of a dry, wooded area, and it has a country feeling. It allowed us to enjoy ten laid-back days at the pool, cycling in the woods or heading for the many beaches between Sanlúcar and Tarifa. The landlady is extremely kind and helpful, and the house has pretty much everything you need for a large family. Given its position in the woods , you need a car for everything, as even the shops are a ten-minute drive away. Jerez and it's airport are half an hour away, and you need 70 minutes to get into Seville city centre.

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en esta casa, la dueña Amparo es encantadora y nos animó a llamarles ante cualquier problema que pudiéramos tener. Es una preciosa casa de campo, amplia y cómoda. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. En definitiva hemos pasado unas vacaciones de ensueño en esta casa. Gracias Amparo y Sergio por todo : )

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt mit sehr netten Gastgebern, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen und selbst spät Abends noch vorbeikamen, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es hat uns aber an nichts gefehlt. Jeden Tag wurden Garten und Pool gereinigt. Besonders haben wir uns über die tierischen Nachbarn gefreut. Esel, Pferde, Hunde, Katzen und ein Schaaf haben die Kinder unterhalten. Wer einen Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe und Natur erleben will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ein Auto ist allerdings nötig, da man zum nächsten Supermarkt etwa 4km fährt. Vielen Dank an Familie Baron für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de Maria le jour de notre arrivée et nous avons été très sensibles, lors de notre séjour, pour sa disponibilité. Cadre atypique et dépaysant. La ferme est idéale pour les familles nombreuses ! Propriété bien entretenue et confortable (entretien de la piscine tous les jours). Ferme bien située puisque proche de CADIX, de Jerez de la Frontera et facile d'accès pour Séville. Location à recommander.
