Needs updating

I'm really torn about how to rate this condo. Here's a summary: 1) Mateo is great. Very responsive and helpful 2) The chips, guac and salsa when we arrived was a nice treat 3) The location is great, it's a really lovely neighbourhood. Unfortunately during our stay there so much construction going on in the area that it was really noisy 4) It was dirty when we arrived. Someone's old coffee grounds in the coffee maker, dust and sand on the furniture etc. The cleaner arrived one afternoon and because the clothes dryer apparently doesn't work, she shooed us inside (we were sitting on the terrace) so that she could hang the sheets and towels out to dry (which then blew onto the ground and got dirty) 5) Only about 2 min worth of hot water per day. Not enough for 3 people to shower or to wash dishes. 6) The infomation in the binder provided is VERY outdated. There are dining suggestions for places that are closed, conflicting information about when the pool guy and cleaner are coming and contact numbers for people that no longer are associated with the condo. I appreciate that tips are provided, but it's worse than useless when the tips are outdated! 7) The place is in desperate need of updating. The furniture is worn, the cover on one of the sofas is coming off, there are holes in the outdoor chair cushions. Would we stay again? Not likely.

Great location. Incredible amenities. Highly recommend staying here. Private pool and terrace made the vacation spot amazing! Definitely planning on staying here again! Great management/communication.
