The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
All guests must report to reception when they leave the condominium in order to: Formally register their departure. Remove the identification wristbands provided on arrival.
Leave the access card on the kitchen table and turn of AC units.
Reception will not be able to store any luggage in the lobby.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

1. Only white towels can be used at the pools. 2. If using the beach/sand please use the large blue towels as the sand will stain the white ones.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Only hand wash the tray/basket for the Ninja Grill do not put in dishwasher.

Pictures do not do justice to the incredible views from this unit. Spectacular! Unit was essentially brand new and very nice. Very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed for cooking several meals. Washer and dryer were great and they had plenty of towels of all kinds. We were a group of 3 adults and (2) 12 year old kids. Plenty of room to spread out and have space.

We had an amazing stay at ths property, The vews from the balcony are amazng. Seeing both the mountain and the water was a delight. The condo is spacious. Our kids enjoyed ther own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. As there is not a restaurant or bar on site, we bought our drinks and food at the nearby Soriana grocery store. There were plenty of tables around the pools to enjoy the day. There is a cooler in the unit,The walk to the Malecon is doable, but it is a quick and cheap Uber/Lyft ride.We did a taco tour in Old Town. I highly recommend taking one. We tred places we would not have on our own. All in all, a magicasl stay and we look forward o comng back to Puerto Vallarta.

This property is just as listed. Its on the 24th floor, we saw whales daily from the balcony. The 3 bedrooms all have theor own bathroom. It was a huuuge benefit to having 2 teens with us. The entire unit is clean and beautiful. It is on a old cobbled road thats been washed away but it doesnt effect ubers getting to you or walking anywhere. It was absolutely perfect. The host was so kind and helpful. Absolutely perfect luxury place!
