Our Pool is open for the summer! Be one of the first guests to experience Madero 320, a stunning new condo building in the heart of the Romantic zone! Just steps to all the best restaurants, the beaches, shopping, and the nightlife. One of the safest areas in the city. Super friendly building staff with incredible amenities including one of the best new rooftop pool decks in the city!

Please note that there is ongoing construction next door, at a similar level to this unit. You may hear some drilling or other related noise during the day, form 8pm to 6pm sometimes longer.
Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but the work is expected to be completed later this year.
We appreciate your understanding.
