This majestic development with only 32 units in total, has 2 elevators, controlled access, a small gym, Palapa with breakfast and lunch restaurant, heated pool, direct access to the beach. The condo features 2 king beds, (or one king and two twin), 2 bathrooms, shower, and jetted bathtub, and a living room with two large sofas that can be used comfortably as beds. Both bedrooms are oceanfront and have individual patios directly facing the beautiful water. The large covered patio has seating for six and unforgettable views of Los Arcos and the entire bay. The entrance, dining area and kitchen of the condo boast jungle and lush floral views. With amenities like a washing machine and dyrer, full size refrigerator, hair dryer, AC, iron, fitness room, Smart TV with Amazon Fire stick and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in style.
