Disliked: Staff & service
This hotel did not honor my reservation even after speaking directly to their staff the day before. Hence I ended up at the airport in a foreign country with no accommodations. Untrustworthy property especially as they denied everything the prior stay (Abraham) said the night before. What a disgrace that a customer gets placed in such a situation.
