Both the living room and bedroom are sound-insulated, so you can relax and sleep peacefully after a day (or night) of fun!

- Loss of the building access card will incur a replacement fee of $700 MXN.
-There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
