Just one suggestion: Make a rule that max you can sit or reserve a pool chair is 2 to 3 hours, so that everybody gets a chance to relax by the pool.

The area is very beautiful but not close to any beach. Pool area is small and does not have enough loungers. Rooms are small and lack basic furniture such as dresser, hangers. Bathroom smelled of sewage. Raccoons were around the property at night …. The desk said they are friends with them.

The neighbourhood is really nice! short walk to the marina where we found excellent restaurants. The room itself is basic. I wish it had better light fixtures and more chairs and another night stand. I also wish they had a better curtain that was easier to open and close. Overall it was a relaxing and calming stay.

Room was advertised as queen size , for there and it's a full size bed for too grown adults...mentioned to front desk she said that's what a queen is in Mexico but down the street there is an Ashley's furniture all American stores everywhere..they know exactly what they had in that roomband the bed had one mattress so it was not high enough to be comfortable to get especially up off the bed , more close to the groundThe room had storage cabinet for one, no drawers and minmus hangers. We had to place one suitcase on the only chair in the room and the other open on the desk. We were in a room right by foliage so Everytime we walked in and out the room we were hit with plants, huge plants... Maintenance should be done with this. Other than that which is the most important to enjoy a vacation with optimum sleep and comfort which I did not find it to be... The area and house was very old workly and nice. This felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Many many rules... The bathroom had NO room, sat on toilet and wall was in your face and no room for dressing and no ac. Had to walk out and get dressed with other person in the room. No ironing board and had to ask for blow dryer. alAND we paid for premium room ...
