Best location in old town. Ground floor condo was a little noisy before midnight with foot traffic on the street, and in the morning after 7-8 am with trash collection and nearby construction. Minor maintenance issues in the condo such as a loose shower handle, broken plunger, and ceiling fan that wouldn’t operate without the light. We worked around those issues easily. On the plus side: great location right on the beach, beautiful pool deck, friendly and competent condo staff, secure and easy access in and out of the property, easy walk or taxi to everywhere we went. More pros than cons by far. I would not hesitate to book the same unit again in the future.

Beds were comfortable. AC worked. Wifi was good. Plumbing was all good. Fridge and blender worked. Maid Service was nice (usually happened sometime around 11am-1pm). The building had a security guard at the gate to let us in and was always fast. Being on the ground floor was nice as there was very little stairs involved. The pool on the roof was a great place to relax and sun tan.Lots of amenities nearby. I recommend making a grocery store stop to stock up on food and snacks and some condiments.The host company was generally responsive and quick. There coffee maker had a missing carafe and we got a new one. A few things missing that I think would help a lot are a dish drying rack, some dish towels/clothes, and some beach chairs.They did advertise a washer/dryer but there is not one that anyone knew about.Do bring earplugs as Blondies across the way plays music late, and there was construction going on in early 2026 across the street that had debris being dumped into trucks very loudly.

This property is located on the street level facing the street on both sides. It is INCREDIBLY noisy and difficult to relax or sleep. There was no body wash in the shower. There was no carafe for the coffee maker and the coffee maker had mold and mildew in it. The home was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable.

Great location, super building!

The building and location were excellent, the unit requires a little tlc with respect to a deep cleaning, cupboards and shelving units could also be more organized. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the owners in the building are very welcoming! The pedestrian traffic can be noisy at night given the unit is street level, but noise should be expected when you stay in the heart of PV and so close to the beach! All in all we had a great week and will definitely consider staying again!

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay at La Palapa! Great staff, conveniently located in the heart of the entertainment district. We will definitely look to book this unit for future trips to PV!

We had a great time! This location has it all! We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio - right at street level we chatted with friends and met new people while hanging out there.
