AC didn’t work & when we brought it to their attention they were very condescending. Pretending to write it down & looking bothered when we asked for a status update. The only solution was for us to check out by 10 am & wait for another room at 3 pm with nowhere to go in the meantime. Come to find out everyone was complaining about the AC! Also drinks were watered down & micheladas had no beer in them, just tomato juice & spices. The pool was nice, but had to get up at 6 am to get a bed with shade. Then a lady came and took it when we walked away to the restroom. 1/10 would not recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Paradise Golden. We loved all of the food options, from the large selection at the buffet, to the convenience of the snack bars, to the very good restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had originally requested a room with two beds because it was my daughter and I. We did not get the requested room, but the king sized bed worked fine for us. All of the staff members we saw and interacted with were exceptionally nice and I was impressed by how hard they all worked to make our stay enjoyable.

When you are staying at a new to you hotel things can be "overlooked" when the staff is friendly and inviting. We had to wait in line multiple times to get our room key. Once in the room it was very apparent that the air conditioning was not working. The temperature in the room was registering at 33°C (91.4°F). We reported this to the front desk immediately. We were told maintenance would be up to fix it. Since we had a planned excursion for the evening, we left with confidence that we would return to a cool room. However, that was not the case. With a total of 6 hours and 3 complaints later we were moved to another room. When the hotel manager (Carlos) was called in to address the issue, he did not acknowledge us at all, there was no apology for any inconvenience or a sense that the matter should be expedited. The new room while cooler, was not what would be expected for a hotel in Mexico. The staff in general was not friendly, no "bueno dias" when leaving or entering the front doors of the hotel. The wait staff in the Bellavista restaurant (the hotel buffet) seemed off put when taking drink orders, which had to be ordered multiple times, as the original order seemed to be "forgotten". The property itself was littered with trash that was never picked up. Empty cups and cans around the pool area and beach that were not picked up our entire stay, even in the walkway outside our room, where housekeeping was daily. I will NOT stay again or EVER recommend.

We arrived at 1:30pm and we were told our room would be ready soon and it was not until midnight. The manager was rude and would ignore us. Once we got To our room the AC was not working and did not work our entire stay.

Loved the adults only! The food was fine, I can always find something to eat. I don't know if they actually know what gluten free means, so that part was a bit scary for us. The AC does not work. Go to the store and get a fan. Had a great time laying in the bali beds and getting some much needed rest.

The hotel is outdated, dirty, and the air conditioning never works, not even in the restaurants even in the rooms. On several occasions, we get to our rooms and they were full of flies. The buffet is open-air, and birds eat and walk on the food, defecating everywhere, including on the food itself

Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience. The air conditioning wasn't working in most of the resort. We paid for a top floor king with a view and jacuzzi and ended up staying on the family side of the resort in double beds to get an air conditioner that was able to get the temp down to 77 degrees. The check-in process is not streamlined. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes to check in at 3 (check-in time), we were told to come back in an hour since our room wasn't ready. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water was very dirty. You couldn't enjoy time on the beach because salespeople come up to you every minute or so. Some would leave when you said no and others would argue that it's part of the job to harass people on the beach. The hotel itself looks nice and could maybe be okay with proper management. The food was as expected for a lower end all-inclusive. I would NOT stay here again.

Took us a hour to check in just to tell us the room wasn't available till 20 minutes later , then beed was dirty and the worst part the ac in the room never work , card keys didn't work as well took us 5 trips to reception to finaly realize that they were giving us the wrong key , then they move us to another room to find out the ac was working as well. Food wasnt the greatest no worth paying for all inclusive in this hotel, i wont come back to this place.

I’m still waiting for my refund and for Mario the manager to contact me after the horrible experience we received. A man tried to enter our room while we were in , it’s so unsafe, they don’t pick up their calls from the room. The staff were rude.
