The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, needs a lot of maintenance. The staff is nice although they do rush you while ordering food at the reserved restaurant although they are never full. I believe the price says it all. I think being the most accessible all inclusive you get what you pay for. The hotel as a whole requires a lot of maintenance in my opinion. The roof top pool is almost always dirty and smells funky. The main pool is a lot cleaner but seems like a lot of tiles in the pool are broken. They need to add a towel pick up/drop off location, you have to go all the way to the beach to get a towel. Again, is great for the price. I just think some improvements can be done. Side note, before you book it try and call the property. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone. Even Expedia support center was not able to reach anyone. So if you are like me and want to confirm all travel details you will become anxious trying to contact anyone.

Unable to get the honeymoon suite that we booked 6 months ago. They showed us various rooms trying to pass them off as the honeymoon suite. We didnt get reimbursed and they had no reason why ir wasn't available. We ended up with a room with an ocean view, however it was not what we paid for. Also the food here is unpalatable. Their main buffet is outside so bees and other bugs swarm the food Yogurt and sauces are uncovered . I was sick several times. Getting reservations at the restaurants are nearly impossible. You have a 15 minute window online and it crashes or doesn't show all the restaurants available.They never look busy, we once saw only 2 couples in one, yet they turn people away if there is no reservations. The building is also dirty, looks like mold in the jacuzzi and shower area, the water pressure is non existent. Overall, i would not recommend.
